Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer two shipping options to serve our global community of cosplayers:

Free Shipping
- Available on orders of $50 or more
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. International customers may be responsible for customs fees and import duties.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Quick Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Adhesives & Removers (opened containers)
- Ben Nye Makeup and other cosmetics (once seal is broken)
- Body Jewelry & Brooches (for hygiene reasons)
- Boobs, Butts & Bellies prosthetic pieces (unless defective)
- Any opened adhesives, blood effects, or liquid products
- Custom or special order items
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Initiate Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization. - Package Your Items
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. - Ship Your Return
Ship your package to our warehouse address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
International Returns
For our global cosplayers (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas), international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed in USD. Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
